Shipping Policy

 

  • Ready to dispatch items ship within 3-7 working days. After dispatch delivery takes up to 2-7 working days depending upon the location. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Pre-order items dispatch within 18-35 working days.
  • Please direct message us before ordering pre book clothes.
  • Shipping details are provided under additional information below each of the products
  • Items are subjected to change from Ready to Dispatch category to Pre order category depending upon the availability of sizes and colors
  • No returns/cancellations/refunds will be allowed in any of the orders placed
  • If the pre-order items get delayed, the customer can opt for below extended solutions
  1. The existing orders can be easily replaced with any items from our Ready to dispatch category for faster delivery.  Any difference in the order amount will be issued via credit voucher only.   OR

       2. The customer can opt for a credit voucher for future purchases within 12 months of                     issuance with The Hazel avenue.

 

  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Incase you choose a wrong size, we will not be able to return/exchange . Kindly reach out to us before placing the order to incase you have size queries. 

 

  • No exchange return policy please contact the team thehazelavenue@gmail.com or Insta direct message us before placing the order.
  • Free size items are not eligible for any kind of exchange or return
  • In case the customer has received a damaged/ defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer
  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

 

   RETURN/REFUND

 

 

    • Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled/exchanged/returned
    • If the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of the item or any other delays, we can cancel the order and issue a credit voucher
    • The credit voucher can be used for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with The hazel avenue 
    • Any order cancellations can be done only if the order is delayed past the delivery time and on cancellation only a credit voucher will be issued to the customer
  • Jewellery /Handbags is not eligible for exchange.
